Refund policy

Short version: if something is wrong, email us and we will sort it out.
Unused packs: full refund within 14 days
If you have not used any of the remixes from a pack, you get the full price of that pack back if you ask within 14 days of buying. No reason needed.
Your right of withdrawal
Under EU law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Remixes are digital content that you can use right away. At checkout you agree that the remixes are delivered immediately, and you accept that you lose the right of withdrawal once you use your first remix from the pack. The refund for unused packs above still applies.
When something goes wrong
- A remix fails: the game gives the remix back automatically. If it did not, email us.
- You paid but got no remixes: email us your Stripe receipt. We add them or refund you.
- Remixes lost after clearing your browser: email us your Stripe receipt and we restore them.
- We stop selling remixes or shut down the game: we refund the unused part of any pack bought in the 90 days before.
How to ask for a refund
Email w.dafert@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout, or your Stripe receipt. We reply within 3 working days. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 days.
